I understand the need to know who you're considering to work with in this very important part of life...so here we go...I'll provide you an idea of "Who" I am in terms of my Professional life as well as my Private life......see "Protectors" to find out my Who/What/Why. I have operated both companies serving clients from Daytona to Tampa helping buyers and sellers both understand how their market affects their decisions and assisting in the purchase and sale of their properties.Summit Properties and EXP Realty transactions include homes, multifamily, commercial/investment properties. Hudson Appraisals has performed over 35,000 appraisals of all kinds for banks, real estate agents, attorneys, cities and those looking to buy or sell property.
I use the appraisal knowledge and experience to great benefit for my Buyer & Seller Clients in the purchase and sale of their homes and investment properties. It's immensely important to me that I'm able to provide a complete picture of the issues surrounding every decision of buying and selling in addition to insuring my Clients have access to the most complete and up to date market information available in order to enhance their ability to get a "great deal" when they buy or "net the most money possible" when they sell. I'd love to be able to do the same for You!
Additional experience that assists in advising and counseling my clients includes a number of years of mortgage/lending experience helping secure mortgages for clients. This insight into how this side of the real estate industry really works has proved its helpfulness many times in being able to save clients from wasted time and lost money.

Summit Properties Realty was a boutique real estate company providing very personalized service assisting both buyers and sellers with consulting and completing sales of both residential and small commercial/investment/income properties in the Central Florida marketplace. My association with EXP Realty continues those priorities I used for years in Summit Properties. Although EXP Realty is a national company, my local range generally focuses in the Orange/Seminole/Osceola county area but Summit's sister company, Hudson Appraisals territory generally runs through all of the central part of Florida from the Atlantic coast to the Gulf coast.
